ChemWorks' has a new Detergent Playbook out. The Playbook has all the questions to ask when going to an account to sell industrial detergents. Along with this unique Playbook is a simple 2 page (front and back) Check List. The check list is easy to use on-site and provides a valuable service for your customer. This Detergent Playbook is an easy way to learn how to get to the "right detergent for the right application". Below are the sections we cover in our Playbook.

It's a challenge to "match" a detergent or "replace" what a customer is already using. So just like in the NFL, you can start to play your BIG Game and put together a game plan using the Playbook for your customer.
I like to say that we ask the right questions to get to the right detergent. But, most of the time a detergent fails because it's not being used in the right application. Learning what a detergent "wants to clean" along with the ChemWorks' Detergent Playbook, your customer will get the right detergent for what they want to clean. It makes sense, but the training is key.
